Ten Reasons to Live in Marbella

This article was one of several I wrote for the new-look quarterly RE/MAX Eralia magazine, Mira Andalucia published in Summer 2011. This edition focused on Marbella as a lifestyle destination for foreigners buying property in Spain or retiring to Spain. My articles include 'Marbella - Fast Facts and History' and 'Marbella - Meeting Point'. I also translated my articles into Spanish and edited some of the magazine. Meisho Hills promotional video script

Meisho Hills is a Marbella property development located in the foothills of Sierra Blanca. The developer is upgrading his marketing and commissioned Pablo Llaryora from Homovidens to film a new promotional video. Pablo produced a stunning 5-minute film and asked me to write the script . The result is a perfect synergy of pictures and words showcasing the development. The video will be available online in the very near future - watch this space!

Brazil Property Guide

I was commissioned this Brazilian property guide by Obelisk International . Brazil currently has one of the world's most buoyant real estate markets with keen investor interest across the property spectrum. This guide aims to act as a useful source of information for clients and as a marketing resource.

I researched all the information in the guide, which covers most aspects of real estate in Brazil such as commercial property (office, industrial space and retail) and residential property including social housing. The guide has been created by the Obelisk in-house graphic designer and is downloadable free (prior to registration) from the Obelisk International website. Tupolo.com - cross marketing sourcing

(Spring 2011)

In Spring 2011, I was contracted by Zeus PR Agency (UK) to source marketing opportunities for their client Tupolo.com. Tupolo is an online holiday comparison portal belonging to the UK company Icelolly. During three months, I wrote to numerous media sources and retail outlets in Spain and sourced some marketing opportunities with excellent potential for the brand.
